It's great that they're rubbing this topic in.
I deal with beginner PHP developers every day who deploy their projects online and to the public. This is something that isn't covered in the beginner tutorials scattered online and should be the first thing any soon-to-be PHP developer is.
I just read this article in php|A. Great info. I'm looking forward to the third installment.
